He has spent over 30 years helping clients including Microsoft, Rolls-Royce, BT and the UK Government to bring about behaviour change in their audiences. He has run his own marketing consultancy, has founded and sold his own agency and filled senior roles in different kinds of agencies from digital trailblazers to international players.
