Branka Petronijević is marketing manager at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Belgrade.

She is a graduate of Belgrade University and began her career in the export business, marketing and promoting luxury products.

She has been working in marketing in the hotel business for the last 13 years. She considers communication to be one of the most significant achievements of civilisation, and digital communication to be fantastic and limitless in terms of the possibilities.
